Mark your calendars for our first meeting on September 15th at out new YMCA location.  Info on the program to follow shortly.  Come and join new members, meet the new board, find out what is scheduled for the upcoming year including parents nights out, field trips, kids sale and more.

Other important reminders

• GFS Marketplace Fun Funds Program: Pick up your free application at the next meeting. This is an opportunity for the WPECPTA to earn as much as a 10% rebate based on qualified purchases.

• Babysitting at meetings: $1 per child.

• Hospitality: We need hospitality items (plates, plastic utensils, napkins, drinks, appetizers, desserts) for the monthly meetings

• Volunteer Hours: Keep track of those volunteer hours and fill out the volunteer sheets. Sheets can be found on our Yahoo site.

General Notices

• Yahoo Group is a great way to keep up and communicate with the group between meetings. Membership includes access to our message board and calendar.

• The Membership Directory is downloaded onto the Yahoo Group. If you need to contact a member, please check the directory for the email address or phone number.

• Volunteer Hours Fund-Raising Tracking Sheets are now available on our Yahoo site.

• Newsletters can be found on our Yahoo site.

• WPECPTA t-shirts are available for $8.00 for size m-xl and $10.50 for size 2xl.

Community Service Projects:

• Cleveland Food Bank – Every $1 provides 4 meals. Bring in canned vegetables, canned tuna, soup, peanut butter or any other non-perishable food to the next meeting.
