Kid’s Sale Contract

Kidsellabration Contract – Tables still available!

When: Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m

Where: St. Joseph Academy, 3430 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44111

Table Cost: WPECPTA members – $15.00; Non-Members – $20.00 – Members cannot buy tables for non-members.

Admission: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. – $5.00 preview sale; 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon – $1.00. Sellers must arrive at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012.

Sale Items: Gently used children’s and maternity clothing, shoes, books, toys, games, furniture and miscellaneous baby items.

Concessions: Snacks will be available for purchase along with pop, coffee and water.

Pricing & Selling: You price and sell your own items.

Set Up: Table set up is Friday, April 27, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Pack Up: All sellers are requested to refrain from packing up until 12:01 p.m. Saturday, April 28th, 2012.

Tables: Tables are 8 feet long and 2 1/2 feet wide with a 4 foot floor space on one side.
